2. Service Description

Casa Cházaro is a private business club located in Polanco, Mexico City. It offers access to premium facilities, workspaces, exclusive events, and memberships for entrepreneurs and senior executives.

3. Memberships

Memberships at Casa Cházaro are subject to the following general terms and conditions:

Access to the club is limited to active members and registered guests. Memberships are personal and non-transferable, except in cases of shared membership as specified in each plan. Monthly or annual payments must be made on the dates agreed upon at the time of enrollment. Casa Cházaro reserves the right to deny admission and to cancel a membership in the event of a violation of club rules. The benefits of each membership are those described in the plan selected at the time of enrollment and may be updated with prior notice.

4. Free Day Pass

The free Day Pass is a courtesy of Casa Cházaro for visitors interested in getting to know the club. It is subject to availability and prior confirmation by the club staff. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other service or benefit.

5. Use of facilities

Members and guests agree to use the facilities responsibly, abide by the club’s rules of conduct, and maintain the confidentiality of any information shared within the club. Casa Cházaro is not responsible for items left behind or lost on the premises.

6. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Casa Cházaro or their respective owners. Reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Casa Cházaro shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website, service interruptions, or acts of God or force majeure that affect the club’s operations.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or enforcement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
